Located in scenic St. Ansgar, Iowa, Saintly Stitches is the perfect place to find all of your fabric needs. We carry many lines of fabric like: Moda, Benartex, RJR, Clothworks, Hoffman Fabrics and Thimbleberries to name just a few. We also offer many fabric kits for your convenience. Don't miss our sewing classes and other events we hold. Our staff is dedicated to serve you with a smile and encourage you in all your creative quilting pursuits.
Our store hours are 9 - 5 Monday - Saturday.
We bowed to many requests to move to Mason City by opening our second shop in May 2009. While smaller than the St. Ansgar shop, it is loaded with notions, patterns, kits and many different fabric lines. We are so fortune (and therefore so are you!) to have Becci, Chris and Betty to help you with all your quilting questions! Holly is in several times a week, but not on any regular day, mostly she's bringing over more fabric, the newest patterns, books, etc. Betty Buss has been so generous with her time and is teaching classes constantly. (Check the Class listing page for all the latest classes we are offering.) We are open to suggestions in how to make this shop one of your favorite quilt shop destination.
Finding us this summer! BOTH shops have detours starting this month!!! Sorry for the inconvenience! but when done, we'll have a nice new bridge on T-26 and a smooth, wider road in Mason City!!

...from the east, take HWY. 218 North out of Osage to St. Ansgar
...from the west, on State HWY #9, take Co. Rd. S70 (the Nora Springs road) north, turn right (east) on 420th Street. Detour Signs are good ln this route. Map
for Mason City Willowbrook Mall .... HWY 122/Bus.18 (4th St. SW) reconstruction project
In early May, the two Eastbound lanes will be closed and traffic will be two-way in the Westbound lanes. Traffic to the Willowbrook Mall area will be directed to use Cerro Gordo Way, S. Pierce Ave. and 6th St. SW to access the mall. Map

Right now, St. Ansgar has the majority of the 30's and Civil War Reproductions, Fossil Ferns, batiks, neutrals, Black and whites, red/whites, Patriotic, Hoffman "gilt and glitz", and the color wall assortment.
Mason City has mostly Moda collections, Thimbleberries (I found more vintage Thimbleberries at St. A!!), In the Pink II, Red Rooster and Benartex Christmas collections.
